Sandy Cay is an uninhabited island of the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean. It is located midway point between Tortola and Jost Van Dyke. The island is owned by the Laurance Rockefeller Estate; however, the estate is in the Process of handing the island over to the B.V.I. National Parks Trust.
